We are looking for a qualified Director/Senior Director of Platform Sales to join our sales team. As a Director of Platform Sales, you will be responsible for selling Aniview's technology suite of products, including video ad server, video player, content management system, mobile SDK, and server-side ad insertion (SSAI). You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, close, and onboard publisher platform accounts
  • Develop and maintain an active pipeline of publisher deals and expected revenue, including quarterly sales forecasts.
  • Become familiar with Aniview's technology with the ability to demo all major components of our platform.
  • Develop and customize prospect presentations.
  • Act as a conduit between new market needs and Aniview's Product, R&D, and Marketing teams
  • Coordinate legal negotiations of contracts
  • Upsell recently closed customers on Aniview's monetization/marketplace capabilities.
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of proven sales experience as an adtech platform provider to digital publishers,  ad networks, and CTV channels
  • Significant "Rolodex" of key contacts and decision-makers in the North American digital video publishing and CTV market
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic media ecosystem with working knowledge of major transaction types and DSP/SSPs
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel and PowerPoint in particular)
  • Significant experience negotiating tech platform Master Service Agreements

We are looking for a friendly, well-spoken sales development representative to assist our company in expanding our customer base. The sales development representative’s responsibilities include generating potential leads, soliciting potential customers, facilitating sales and connecting customers with the right salesperson.

The SDR will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, connecting with decision makers, qualifying active buying interest, and delivering compelling and value-led messaging that sets the stage for senior sales representatives to close deals. The SDR will also be accountable for managing inbound marketing leads, executing targeted outbound prospecting campaigns, and acting as a bridge between marketing and sales to ensure consistent lead flow.

To be a successful sales development representative, you should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. You should also demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines and have strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Initiating contact via phone, email, social media, and events to reach account decision-makers and understand their business needs
  • Identify high-potential prospects and transition them to the appropriate sales team - partner with inside and field sales reps to develop a target list of accounts to penetrate on a quarterly basis in support of the business plan
  • Manage inbound leads, set up appointments, and route qualified leads to sales
  • Create and improve documentation and tracking processes

We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer to manage and maintain the current version of the Aniview.com website. As the Senior Developer, you would take sole ownership of the website’s performance and enable the Marketing team to resolve issues related to new page creation, new workflows, AWS deployment, etc. You will take on work assignments to maintain and enhance the WordPress environment and work closely with various marketing personnel to ensure that website performance is optimum from a user’s perspective. To succeed, you should have excellent knowledge of WordPress and AWS

Responsibilities

  • Design and Develop the website’s architecture, as well as build new features and functionalities
  • Manage the current theme and plugins
  • Manage website deployment and related issues on the AWS environment
  • Build and manage the website front-end and conduct website performance tests
  • Analyse website performance and troubleshoot errors
  • Handle the backend of the website, including database and server integration
  • Ensure high performance and manage all the technical aspects of the Website and its CMS
  • Maintain well-documented and reusable code

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in designing and developing responsive design websites
  • Experience in deploying and managing websites on the AWS environment
  • Experience with tools such as Google Search console and google analytics
  • Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers
  • Ability to convert comprehensive layouts and wireframes into working HTML pages
  • Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
  • Strong understanding of PHP back-end development

Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
